1. How to Enter: You must donate at least $250 from now through June 29, 2018

2. Prizes: 25,000, or 50,000, or 100,000 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Points. Only one of the three options will be awarded. (Transferred into your Rapids Rewards account)

3. Winner Selection: After reaching the $250,000 threshold from now through June 29, 2018 (aggregated total from the entire West Region), fundraisers who qualify by donating $250 will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes for 25,000 Southwest Airlines Rapids Rewards Points. If $500,000 is reached, the sweepstakes increases to 50,000 Southwest Airlines Rapids Rewards Points. If $1,000,000 is reached, the sweepstakes increases to 100,000 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Points. (One entry for every $250, two entries for every $500, three entries for every $750, etc.)

4. Odds: The estimated odds of winning a Prize during the Sweepstakes Period depend on the number of eligible entries.

5. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, and Utah who are 18 years of age or older. Not open to employees of JDRF or immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children, siblings, parents, and individuals residing in the same household). Void where prohibited by law.
